Purpose of center: | The ICS Center promotes research and education on systems that are a combination of physical and computational elements. Such systems can be found in areas as diverse as civil infrastructure, transportation, energy, automotive, healthcare and manufacturing. The center begun operation on January 2011, as a continuation of the CAIP center. ICS is under the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department. |
